About the IELTS Exam Preparation course
Have you been admitted to an English-language program, or are you about to start working in an English-speaking environment? If so, you may need an IELTS certificate. This certificate demonstrates that you have sufficient command of English for use in an academic or professional context.
You often have to pass the IELTS exam within a specific timeframe, such as before the start of your studies or before you begin a new job. Proper preparation is essential. To support you in this, Babel has developed an IELTS exam preparation course. With this course, you’ll work specifically on your exam skills, increasing your chances of success and preventing delays in your future plans.
With this exam training:

Time investment
Sessions
The average number of meetings is 4 to 6. This will be determined in consultation with your instructor.

On average, a class lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Method
Our teaching method combines a structured approach with hands-on working methods. The lessons are active, personal, varied and practical. There is always attention for your learning style, pace and level.
Approach
The program is tailored to your level a learning goals. We work with a method that prepares you for this specific exam. For the self-study we ask you to prepare meetings at home. This will take about 2 to 3 hours per meeting. You will receive clear instructions and exercises so that you can work independently.
Teaching Materials
In this exam training we use the method ‘New Insight into IELTS’. This book is specially designed to prepare you optimally for the IELTS exam. The book contains a lot of practical and substantive information about the IELTS exam and is a useful reference book. Before the start of the course, we will inform you how you can easily order the teaching materials so that you can start your lesson well prepared.
Teachers
You will be taught by an experienced teacher who will guide you step by step in your preparation for the IELTS exam and work specifically on your development points.
