In the Beginner English Course You'll learn the basics of English. Maybe you know a few words, but you can't put them into sentences, or you're nervous about saying them out loud. This course will help you overcome your fears and teach you what you need to use English in your daily life!

Do you want to improve your English speaking skills and speak with confidence? In our course English Speaking Skills The focus is on actively practicing speaking, listening, and responding in everyday or professional situations. You’ll work on your pronunciation, vocabulary, and speaking pace.

When you’re abroad, for example, on a business trip, a good command of English will get you almost anywhere, but the language also comes in handy right here at home. After taking a business English course, you’ll be able to negotiate more persuasively and achieve your goals more quickly. We offer a wide range of courses Business English.

• On-site lessons
  Are you choosing in-person classes? If so, you’ll be learning in small groups at our historic building on Nieuwegracht in Utrecht. Our building is very centrally located and easily accessible. It’s a 10-minute walk from the train station to Babel. We have plenty of parking if you’d rather drive.
• Class in the virtual classroom
  The virtual classroom is an online classroom. Together with your fellow students, you’ll take classes led by an experienced language teacher. In addition to all the features of a real classroom, the virtual classroom also offers fun online tools, such as an interactive whiteboard and live quizzes.

Summer is the perfect time to meet new people and learn something new. And how fun is it to combine those two things? In partnership with Utrecht University, Babel is organizing more than 30 events this summer courses English and Dutch. In addition, there is also housing and social activities ensured.
